Hello! Or in Ukrainian “Vítannya vsím!”.
I’m from Ukraine, and I want to share some of my country’s national dishes.
I think many people know about borscht, lard, vareniki (dumplings). I also thought so and decided to find what else is there besides that? Also has been surprised and has found many interesting and tasty recipes.
In Ukraine there are 25 regions. Therefore, I decided to look for the difference and features between dishes from different regions. Therefore, I prepared for you 25 different dishes!
Starting today, every 3 days I will post a new recipe on my Instagram page or Facebook page that can be found under a hashtag #yaninaiscooking_ukrainianfood.
I hope you will be interested to know about the national cuisine of Ukraine.
